During a college comics course, I doodled a few pages of a story. Bert had died, and the characters had returned to 123 Sesame Street for his wake.
I was met with enthusiasm from my classmates, so I expanded it. Suddenly, it got more profound, in spite its starring puppets. Puppets who I love acting like actual adults. I really do love Sesame Street, so I endevour to tell a story that treats them as real people, with realistic problems, mouths, and opinions. I also am a little embarassed the dialogue I wrote for Elmo. Please chaulk it up to being a dumb Wypipo in 2008.
