I'm quite a fan of the A Song of Ice and Fire books by George RR Martin, which got turned into the Game of Thrones series on HBO (if you have been living under a rock for the past few years). I'm not keen on how the show ended, but the books still are technically on-going, and they're really well done IMHO. If you look past the violence and sexual violence, they're complex, challenging, and full of a really impressive world-building that's really immersive and deep.
It's this world building that inspired this project, which presumes about 1000 years in the future of where the books are NOW, the planet it takes place on will have evolved along our lines. And the Tyrell Family has capitalized on their name to sell seed packets to home gardeners.
(it's also a fun experiment in making a banal product- cheap flower seed packs- and adding a not-banal element to it!)
