Kheer is this delicious rice-based dessert (kinda like a pudding) from India and Pakistan. I can't begin to describe how much I like kheer, and how much I'd love to have a prepacked cup of it for lunches, snacks, and the times between meals and snacks.
Unfortunately, this doesn't exist. But that hasn't stopped me from constructing what a possible product would look like. Attention was paid to avoid noxious cliches, and select an appropriate textures and patterns that respect the culture this dessert comes from.
