I work at Gleason Printing in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota, as a prepress designer. I make plates for offset, setup mailings for postcards and newsletters, imposition client art for printing, do last-line-of-defense for a client's artwork (making sure it's actually printable, and not going to make them look foolish for being super pixelated or non-compliant with USPS regulations), and running work on a pair of very high-end industrial laser printers.
In addition to all that, I occasionally will be asked to make something for the client whole-cloth, with maybe a few assets provided, or a little bit of an idea of what they want. So this is a selection of original work done for clients at my job.
